FEES

Visits with Dr. Farahnik are time-based in 15 minute increments, which will depend on case complexity.  We will confirm costs with you at the time of scheduling your appointment.

INSURANCE

Dr. Farahnik is currently accepting PREMERA and REGENCE insurance plans in WA. Other insured patients can request a superbill.
